Within how many days can I return an item?

Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This period begins on the day the product is delivered or delivered to the pre-designated parcel point by the consumer.

*The product can only be returned in good condition and in the original packaging.
*Gift cards cannot be returned.

Registering a return

1. Always notify us of your return by email to daan@puzzlesandgames.nl . Please indicate in the email which product you would like to return, the order date, and the reason for returning.

2. You will receive a digital return form from us containing a unique return number.

3. Return the product with the completed digital return form to:

Please state the unique return number.

4. Once the product has arrived safely and completely, we will send you an email to inform you whether the product has arrived safely and whether the refund will be issued within 14 days.

Puzzle and Games is not responsible if the return shipment does not arrive.

Hebben jullie veel ervaring met het maken van spellen?

Ja, wij hebben al ruim 20 jaar ervaring met het maken van spellen en er zijn reeds meer dan 1 miljoen van onze spellen verkocht!

Kunnen jullie ook een bestaand spel personaliseren?

Ja, wij kunnen onze bestaande spellen snel en gemakkelijk personaliseren (de verpakking en/of de kaartset voorzien van uw logo / huisstijl). Eventueel kan een extra kaartje met jullie tekst worden toegevoegd. Dat kan al bij een oplage van 500 stuks en tegen een zeer laag bedrag! Zie ook 'Spel als geschenk'.

Kunnen jullie ook een spel op maat ontwikkelen?

Ja, wij verzinnen regelmatig volledig nieuwe spellen op maat voor organisaties o.b.v. een briefing (zie 'Spel als geschenk').

Order & delivery

How do I order a product?

  1. Choose your favorite product(s) and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. Go to the checkout and log in, create an account or order easily as a guest.
  3. Enter your delivery address.
  4. Choose your payment method and complete your order.

When will I receive my order?

If you place an order on working days (Mon/Fri) before 23:00, it will be delivered the next day (BE+1).

Please note that during holidays and other peak times of the year, the delivery service may not always be able to deliver on time due to high demand.

Do I pay shipping costs?

In the Netherlands we do not charge shipping costs above €30.

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation with an overview of your purchase.

Is your package on its way? We'll send you a shipping confirmation with a handy Track & Trace code . This allows you to track your order's progress via the PostNL website.

Do you have an account with us? Then you can always check the status of your order via your personal account page .

Can I cancel my order?

Want to cancel your order but haven't received a shipping confirmation yet? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. In some cases, we can still stop the order.

Have you already received a shipping confirmation? Then your package is already on its way and we can't stop it. Don't worry: you can, of course , return the product after receiving it.
