General

Puzzles & Games supplies a range of puzzles and games.

Offers

Offers are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, it may no longer be available or may be temporarily unavailable. We reserve the right to make changes to our models and to correct typographical errors.

Agreement

The agreement between Puzzles & Games and the customer is concluded when the order confirmation is displayed on the screen.

Shipping information

Letterbox parcel: €4.50 (maximum size 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm and maximum weight 2 kg)
Parcel; €7.25 (maximum size 100 x 50 x 50 cm and maximum weight 10 kg)
Parcel; €13.50 (maximum size 176 x 78 x 58 cm and maximum weight 20 kg)

The rates listed apply to deliveries within the Netherlands. We only deliver within the Netherlands.
PostNL is legally obligated to deliver at least 94% of its letterbox mail on time. Therefore, in exceptional cases, it may take longer.

Delivery information

The products on www.puzzlesandgames.nl are usually delivered from stock. There may be a difference in stock if the same product is being sold differently at the time you place an order. Therefore, the stock shown on the website is unfortunately not always binding! Of course, stock is usually replenished within a few days.

If items are out of stock, you will receive an email notification as soon as possible. You can then cancel the item or the entire order immediately, and you will receive your payment back within a few days. If an item is not in stock within 21 days, we will notify you by email. In this message, we will propose a cancellation or ask if it is acceptable to wait a little longer before we can deliver. Even after this notification, the buyer retains the right to cancel the agreement without further notice.

Puzzles & Games is never liable for damages resulting from exceeding delivery times and/or model changes.

Invoice

Puzzles & Games will confirm your order and send it to the email address you provided. You will also receive an invoice by email after your order is confirmed. All prices shown on www.puzzlesandgames.nl are inclusive of VAT.

Cooling-off period

After receiving the product, the consumer has a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel the agreement and return the product without giving any reason. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of a valid claim under the "money-back guarantee." In the event of cancellation of the agreement, Puzzles & Games will refund the paid amounts, excluding shipping costs, within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

Warranty

All products supplied by Puzzles & Games are warrantied against manufacturing and assembly defects. Puzzles & Games ensures that your order is processed correctly.

Money back guarantee

If an article which is ordered via www.puzzlesandgames.nl If the item you purchased doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it—provided it's unused and in undamaged packaging—within 14 days. You'll receive a refund, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping costs are covered by the consumer.

You are obligated to inspect the products upon delivery to determine whether they conform to the agreement. If they do not, you must notify Puzzles & Games as soon as possible, and in any case within three days of delivery—or after the defect could reasonably have been detected—by email or letter, giving reasons. If it is proven that the products do not conform to the agreement, you have the option of having the returned products replaced with new ones or receiving a refund of the invoice value.

Complaints regarding defects in the products must be made as soon as possible by e-mail ( daan@puzzlesandgames.nl ) but no later than 3 working days after receipt at the delivery address. Claims and defences, based on facts that could justify the assertion that the delivered product does not correspond to the agreement, will lapse after two years after receipt at the delivery address.

Complaints

Puzzles & Games strives for a pleasant relationship with you as a customer and does its best to serve you as best as possible. If you still have a complaint, please let us know via daan@puzzlesandgames.nl . We will then work together to find a solution. Puzzles & Games customer service is ready to help you. If you have a question about a product, order, or anything else, you can always contact us by phone ( 06-33612651 ) or email ( daan@puzzlesandgames.nl ). We recommend that you first make your complaint known to us by email or phone. If that does not lead to a solution, you can register your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Since 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform ( https://ec.europa.eu/ ). If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you can also file your complaint via that platform.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Puzzles & Games cannot be held liable for any discrepancies in prices, images, model changes, or text.
