GENERAL
Puzzles & Games provides an assortment of puzzles and games.

OFFERS
Offers are made subject to availability. In addition, if a product is not in stock, the product can no longer 
or temporarily no longer be delivered. Typos and model changes are always reserved. AGREEMENT The agreement between Puzzles & Games and the customer is concluded when the order confirmation is displayed
on the screen. SHIPPING INFORMATION Mailbox package; € 4.50 (maximum size 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm and maximum weight 2 kg) Package; € 7.25 (maximum size 100 x 50 x 50 cm and maximum weight 10 kg) Package; € 13.00 (maximum size 176 x 78 x 58 cm and maximum weight 20 kg) The mentioned rates apply to deliveries within the Netherlands. We only deliver within the Netherlands. PostNL has a legal obligation to deliver at least 94% of letterbox mail on time. It may therefore take longer
in exceptional cases. DELIVERY INFORMATION The products on www.puzzlesandgames.nl are usually delivered from stock. There may be a difference in stock if,
when you place an order, the same product is sold in a different way. Unfortunately, the stock shown on the
website is not always binding! Naturally, stocks are usually replenished within a few days. If items turn out to be out of stock, you will receive a message by email as soon as possible. As a result,
you can immediately cancel the article or the entire order, you will receive your payment back within a few
days. If an item is not in stock within 21 days, we will inform you by e-mail. In this message we will then
make a proposal for cancellation, or ask you whether it may take some time before we can proceed with delivery.
Even after this message, the buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement without further notice of default. Puzzles & Games is never liable for damage as a result of exceeding delivery times and / or model changes.
INVOICE
Puzzles & Games confirms your order and sending your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. You 
will also receive the invoice by email after confirmation of your order. All prices shown on
www.puzzlesandgames.nl include VAT. COOLING PERIOD After receipt of the product, the consumer has a cooling-off period of 14 days to dissolve the agreement and
return the product without giving any reason. In addition, the consumer bears the costs of return, with the
exception of a justified appeal to the "money back" scheme. In the event of termination of the agreement,
Puzzles & Games will refund the amounts paid, with the exception of the shipping costs, within 7 days after
the date of receipt of the return shipment. PRICE POLICY Prices on www.puzzlesandgames.nl may be subject to change. GUARANTEE All products supplied by Puzzles & Games are guaranteed against manufacturing / assembly errors.
Puzzles & Games ensures correct handling of your order. NOT HAPPY, MONEY BACK If an item purchased via www.puzzlesandgames.nl does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within
14 days, provided it is unused and in undamaged packaging. The consumer will then receive the money back with
the exception of the shipping costs. The consumer pays the return costs himself. You have the obligation to check on delivery whether the products meet the agreement. If this is not the case,
you must inform Puzzles & Games of this as soon as possible and in any case within 3 days after delivery - at
least after observation was reasonably possible - by email or by letter. If it has been demonstrated that the
products do not comply with the agreement, you have the choice of having the relevant products replaced by
new products upon return, or to have the invoice value refunded. Complaints regarding defects in the products must be made as soon as possible by e-mail
(daan@puzzlesandgames.nl), but no later than 3 working days after receipt at the delivery address. Claims
and defenses, based on facts that could justify the statement, that the delivered product does not comply
with the agreement, expire two years after receipt at the delivery address.

Puzzles & Games states Puzzles & Games strives for a pleasant relationship with you as a customer and does 
its best to serve you as well as possible. If you still have a complaint, please make it known via
daan@puzzlesandgames.nl. Together we then look for a solution. The customer service of Puzzles & Games is
ready for you. If you have a question about a product, order or anything else, you can always contact us by
phone (06-33612651) or e-mail (daan@puzzlesandgames.nl). We recommend that you first notify us of your
complaint by emailing or calling. If that does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your
dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Since 2016, consumers in the EU can also register
complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission (https://ec.europa.eu/). If your complaint is not
yet pending elsewhere, you can also file your complaint via the platform of that platform. By placing an order, you agree to these agreements. Puzzles & Games cannot be held liable for deviations in
prices, images, model changes and texts. PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY Puzzles & Games care a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (the
improvement of) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our
services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. Puzzles & Games uses cookies on its web shop (hereinafter the 'web shop') to improve the user-friendliness of
our web shop. We use cookies to personalize content and ads, to provide social media features and to analyze
our website traffic. We also share information about your use of our site with our partners for social media,
